B-Rewarded is my way of thanking you for sending me new clients that complete their mortgage transaction with me.

The rewards are gift cards for the fabulous Le Petit Spa or the Boat House Restaurants.
There are three levels of rewards based on the amount of the mortgage that is funded using my mortgage consulting services.

Q: Brian How do I find mortgage referrals?
A: Ask yourself who have you heard talk about…
-buying a new home or even their first home.
-using some of their home equity to renovate or pay off high interest debts.
-being tired of renting.

Q: Okay but how do these conversations come up Brian?
A: They come up in everyday conversations at our businesses, over lunch, coffee or over the phone.  Here are some questions you can use to start things off. 
-“What do you think of our changing real estate market and lower interest rates?”
-“Who have you heard wants to take advantage of lower interest rates?”
-“Have you heard of anyone wanting to put their equity to work by refinancing?”

Q: Now that I’ve got their interest what’s next Brian?
A: The next best step is to send your contact’s info to me using the online B-Rewarded submit form that I will send you once you’ve signed up.  Or you can send your contact an e-mail and cc me on it, just click the email button at the bottom of this page or simply call me, 604 790 1534.  Let them know I will be in touch to follow up with them.  You could also give them my contact info and tell them I’m happy to answer questions.
